Cats & Dogs Corp. reserves all rights regarding Admission, Changes, and Permissions on the Platform and everything related to it.

You declare to interact with the Platform for the sole purpose of accessing the Game.

By accessing the Platform, you declare under oath that none of the actions that you could take within the Platform are done with a purpose other than accessing the Game.

By purchasing $PET Tokens or NFTs, or getting $YUMs tokens, or interacting with our Platform, you declare that you are not doing so to earn tokens or expect any monetary gain. You understand that the Cats & Dogs roadmap, as well as all future game features, are illustrative in nature, and in no general sense an obligation to deliver on the part of Cats & Dogs Corp.

You understand that CATS & DOGS™ is a Project in the development stage, and you release Cats & Dogs Corp. from any type of responsibility. You understand that you will not be entitled to any type of legal action (and you waive all such) for any loss or damage of any kind that you may suffer.

You also understand that this document, as well as the game itself and everything related to CATS & DOGS™, may be subject to resounding changes that could change the nature of the product or even make items owned by you obsolete or reduce its effectiveness or lose its value.

All the tokens or NFTs produced by Cats & Dogs are simple artistic samples or in-game assets, which allow different interactions with your pet.
